Hays NI are currently working alongside an established Co. Down based contractor who are currently undertaking several key projects throughout Greater Belfast. This company have been operating for over 50 years and boast a successful portfolio of works including Social Housing, Commercial, Industrial, Educational and Health sector schemes. They have an immediate requirement for a Site Engineer to join them on an initial Social Housing scheme in Belfast.
Your new role
This family-run contractor is currently undergoing a new £2m+ block of 32no. Apartments comprising both one-bedroom and two-bedroom units along with associated amenity space, cycle & bin storage, landscaping and site works.
This company require the services of an experienced Site Engineer to join their team, on this initial contract with view to move to further residential and commercial schemes thereafter across Greater Belfast and the City Centre.

What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Site Engineer, you will have previous site engineering experience, ideally within the commercial or residential build sector, with sound knowledge of steel & concrete frame structures and strong on setting out. To be considered successful for this role, you will hold a relevant CSR card or equivalent.
