VANRATH are searching for an Accounts Administrator to join a growing finance team for a 12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build or advance their career in finance within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
This is a Fixed term Contract for 12 months. A perfect opportunity for an entry level role into Accountancy and Finance.

What you'll do
- Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders
- Prepare and manage supplier payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain accurate purchase ledger records and filing systems
- Assist with month-end tasks, including ledger reconciliations
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties to support the finance team
About You:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or finance administration role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous customer service skills
- Experience with finance software is an advantage but not essential
