MCS are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading Belfast-based law firm to recruit a Paralegal or Solicitor to join their Litigation and Regulation team. This firm is highly regarded for its client-focused approach and its longstanding reputation for excellence in delivering legal services.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious legal professional to contribute to a busy and dynamic Litigation and Regulatory team. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing support to solicitors in the preparation and management of litigation and regulatory cases.
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, and other documentation.
• Liaising with clients, courts, and external stakeholders to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Managing case files, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and deadlines.
• Assisting with court hearings and regulatory proceedings when required.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous paralegal experience, preferably within litigation or regulatory law.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational abilities, capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a team-focused approach.
