VANRATH are delighted to exclusively represent this leading mid-tier firm, who are looking to recruit a Manager with a broad skill set across Audit, Accounts, and Tax. What you will do:

  • Managing audits, accounts preparation, and tax compliance for a range of clients
  • Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
  • Providing tax advice and managing a mixed portfolio of tax clients
  • Supervising and developing junior staff, offering technical guidance and mentoring
  • Collaborating with Partners on client management and business development activities
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the firm's growth

What you will have:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) is essential
  • Demonstrable experience across audit, accounts preparation, and tax compliance
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor junior staff
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • A proactive and professional approach to managing multiple client portfolios
  • Desire to progress within the firm toward partnership
