Who we are looking for:
Are you passionate about social media? We are
looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Executive with an eye for
detail to join our team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced agency
world, implementing social media marketing for both Clients and the Ardmore
Group.
You’ll
support our Social Media and Client Services team with paid ad roll out, social
media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. This role
is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about building their skills and
contributing fresh ideas to our clients.
What
you’ll be doing:
- Campaign Support: Work with the
social media team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Content Support: Assist in
creating, scheduling, and publishing content on various social media
platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analytics & Reporting: Assist in
tracking and analysing social media performance metrics. Learn to use
tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, to report on key metrics and
suggest improvements.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on
the latest social media trends and platform updates. Contribute ideas for
content and campaigns that leverage current trends.
- Creative Input: Share ideas for
new content, social media strategies, and innovative ways to engage our
audience and clients.
- Client Engagement: Help monitor and
respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels,
ensuring timely and engaging interactions with our audience and clients.
- Learning & Development: Participate in
training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop your
skills in social media and digital marketing.
- General Support: Provide
administrative support to the social media team, including scheduling
meetings, and other ad hoc tasks.

What you need:
We’re
open to various levels of experience and qualifications, but the ideal
candidate will posess:
Experience:
- At least 2 years of industry
experience with examples of relevant work
Qualifications:
- A degree in Digital Marketing with
examples of relevant work, or
- A Social Media Apprenticeship with
examples of relevant work
- Relevant industry certifications
would be advantageous, particularly a Meta Ads certification
Skills:
- A strong interest in social media
and digital marketing.
- A solid understanding of major
social media platforms.
- Creative thinking with an eye for
design and detail.
- Strong written and verbal
communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to
new challenges.
- Ability to work well in a team and
take direction.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design
tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.

Requirements

Flexible and adjustable with the ability to work
additional hours when required.

Hold a current & valid Full UK driving licence
with access to a vehicle.

Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
