A global leader in financial technology is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team in Belfast. The Role
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:
- Lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and iterate designs, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
- Champion user-centred design principles and best practices throughout the organisation.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital product designs.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and responsive design.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Fintech experience is a plus but not essential.
