Hays are delighted to be working exclusively with NSPCC to recruit a Corporate Fundraising Manager. This leading charity's mission is to stop child abuse and neglect, and they support millions of young lives across the UK.

Your new role
We are looking for a Corporate Fundraising Manager to join NSPCC's Northern Ireland team. You will help the charity to deliver a portfolio of exciting corporate partnerships, identify and secure new business. This role is part of the NI Community Fundraising team, known for working with some of the largest and most dynamic businesses in Northern Ireland. This team has a proven track record of delivering strategic partnerships, commercial activities, and various charity of the year programmes.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • To lead corporate fundraising in Northern Ireland, conveying regional expertise and corporate partnerships knowledge to internal and external stakeholders.
  • To meet and exceed annual income targets and key performance indicators.
  • To develop a fully researched and engaged prospect pipeline of five and six figure future corporate supporters.
  • To help maintain a comprehensive Charity of the Year Calendar.
  • To play a key role in maximising income for the NSPCC from existing commercial partnerships and relationships and ensuring the highest standard of proactive support and development.
  • To provide account management professionally and creatively for current and new partners.
  • To work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise the potential value of corporate organisations and supporters in the NSPCC's mission to end cruelty to children.
  • To find ways in which companies can provide ‘added value’ through gift in kind, pro bono and volunteering as well as leveraging contacts, experience and using buying power.
  • To be accountable for the delivery of a budget in line with business requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience and success in developing relationships in order to achieve results within a fundraising, sales or marketing environment
  • Experience of account management or partnership management within the third or commercial sector
  • Experience of delivering strategic plans, budget management and generating new business
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 software including MS Teams and CRM databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
