Role Overview:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to placement, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Talent Sourcing: Build a robust candidate pipeline through various channels, including job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Negotiation: Facilitate effective negotiations for both clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on key trends and developments within the public sector recruitment landscape.
- Mentoring and Management: Mentor and support junior consultants, helping them achieve their KPIs and develop their careers. Manage team performance by setting clear KPIs and providing regular feedback and guidance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 360-recruitment consultant, ideally within the public sector or with temp recruitment.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
- Professionalism and confidentiality in handling recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated hard work, resilience, and teamwork skills.
