We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Ballykelly as a full-time Administration Officer. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.

Our client is Northern Ireland’s Leading Public Sector Employer.


Administrator Pay Rate: £12.59 per hour

Start Date: 8th January

Administrator hours of work:

  • Post is based on an 8am to 8pm working pattern Monday - Friday. Jobholder will be required to work a variety of patterns between 8am and 8pm.


About the Administrator role:

These jobs are telephony based Main duties include: Answer calls within agreed timescales, taking personal responsibility to maximise availability for answering calls and delivering an accessible, effective service. Work collaboratively towards delivering and promoting resilience and ability to work in a pressurised environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment. Ability to work accurately within set deadlines and to achieve targets. Basic IT skills with an aptitude for learning new systems. Organised with good time management skills.

Essential Criteria:

- 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English (Must be able to show proof)
