General Admin and Clerical Opportunity to Work for Northern Ireland Ambulance service at Knockbracken Healthcare Park . This is a full time role, a temporary post for a minimum of 6 months, with possibility of extension. The hours of work will be between 9:00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour. The successful candidate will start immediately
The main duties of this role will include, organising files, photocopying and filing documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail, dealing with phone calls and emails, entering data into online systems, supporting other departments with administrative duties, typing up documents and providing great customer service.
What We Need From You:
- To be able to work well within a team and on your own initiative
- At least one years relevant experience
- Five GCSEs (grades A-C)
