My Client based BT15 area of Belfast require a Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a part time basis. The post will be on a temporary basis with the view to becoming permanent.
Duties:
- Meet & greet all patients to the front desk
- Answer all telephone calls
- Answer repeat prescription line
- General Administration (filing; post; scanning etc.)
- Although during the working day any of these areas may interchange according to the needs of the practice and patients and other duties may be added as required
- Duties will be allocated depending on the experience of the candidate and the needs of the practice and may centre around the telephone position

Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- 4 GCSE’s @ grade A – C inc English & Maths or equivalent
- Fully computer literate
- Evidence of working in a team & on own initiative
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Experience of complaint handling & resolution
- Experience in a medical environment (GP surgery/ Chemist) advantageous
28 hrs per week Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri 8am - 4pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm
£11.75 per hour
