Implementation Specialist

MCS Group is currently working with a worldwide company that specialises in the customisation and installation of cloud-based technology and supporting those systems for their customers. They are currently seeking to add an Implementation Specialist to their team to support clients throughout the whole process from installation to support requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with clients to understand system requirements.
• Executing and constructing a solution aligned with client requirements.
• Delivering continuous software assistance to our established client base.
• Monitoring and overseeing project advancement.
• Devising optimisation strategies and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Coordinating with all internal departments Performing miscellaneous tasks as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities, comfortable with external presentations
• Proficiency in MS Excel IT adeptness with troubleshooting skills
• Integrity Readiness to acquire new knowledge

Desired Skills:

• Background in project management.
• Experience with Time & Attendance or HR software implementation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.

Remuneration:

• Monday – Friday
• Hybrid working
• Ballymoney Based office
• Salary Up to £35,000
