Our client is a leading bespoke modular contractor delivering on projects across Northern Ireland.

They have a great opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join them on a permanent basis, working in Antrim.

Responsibilities:

• Developing of tender opportunities and proactively networking
• Provide accurate and competitive cost estimations
• Leading PQQ submissions were required
• Assessment of tender documentation
• Preparation of pricing schedules
• Detailed estimating of projects
• Liaison and negotiate with clients and other representatives
• Support company initiatives

The Ideal Person:

• 5 + years of industry experience (preferably with timber frames)
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Relevant degree
