- Our client is a leader in e-commerce and wholesale distribution, supplying high-quality products to professionals in over 100 countries.
As a Brand Specialist, you will act as the custodian of company products and brands. Your role will involve developing and implementing brand strategies, creating compelling content, and driving marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Planning & Execution: Support the creation and coordination of annual brand plans and trading calendars to meet commercial goals.
- Content Creation: Develop and maintain brand collateral, including social media content, blogs, brochures, and packaging.
- Marketing Campaigns: Lead innovative campaigns and promotions to enhance engagement and drive revenue.
- Event Coordination: Organise and execute industry events, sponsorships, and product launches.
- Digital Marketing: Manage organic social media and email marketing plans (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Customer Education: Collaborate with the Technical Product Specialist to produce video, blog, and webinar content.
- Brand Standards: Ensure all brand materials are displayed to the highest standards across digital platforms and customer channels.
- Performance Analysis: Report on brand sales and campaign metrics, using insights to suggest creative solutions for improvement.
Criteria:
- Marketing graduate or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in marketing, including 1+ year in a brand-focused role
- Experience in promotions, content creation, and event coordination
- Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and content development skills
- Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Klaviyo)
- Strong communicator, able to work independently and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
