Estates Area Manager

Randstad have an opportunity available for an Estates Area Manager for Belfast Metropolitan College based at the Springvale campus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a relevant professional qualification in Estates Management, Facility management, Building Surveying or Architectural Technology
• Experience managing and motivating staff
• Excellent people skills
• Specialist knowledge
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C and Above) or equivalent (must be able to provide evidence)
• Excellent IT skills
• Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting (including an enhanced access NI check) and compliance due to the nature of this work

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all areas of the estate management team
• Contribute to the estate management strategy
• Provide dynamic leadership
• Ensure that all lawful requirements are being implemented by the full team
• Chair meetings when necessary
• Manage project budget
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the project
