My client is a successful,
dynamic and expanding business services company within their niche sector. Due
to ongoing expansion, they now wish to recruit a hands-on Sales Administrator
to help with the day to day running of the sales and marketing function.
Reporting to the Sales &
Marketing Director, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to
analyse trends, manage the CRM database and liaise with customers as well as
general admin and office duties.
SUMMARY OF
KEY DUTIES
· Analyse sales trends and report findings to Sales
Director
· Update and manage the CRM system
· Update and manage client contact details and makes
changes as required
· Deal with initial sales leads and pass on to the
Sales Director
· Process initial enquiries and send out information
to potential customers
· Post social media articles and help with basic
marketing duties as required
THE PERSON
· Good general standard of Education to include GCSE
English and Maths
· A minimum of 1-2 years office admin experience in a
commercial/business setting essential (this could include a work placement from
University)
· Excellent communication skills both written and
verbal
· Highly I.T. literate
· Looking for an opportunity to build a long-term
career
SALARY
A starting salary up to £28k
will be on offer to the successful candidate.
