Senior Quantity Surveyor

One of Northern Ireland's residential developers and contractors has a new opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the organisation. With an impressive portfolio of current & future commercial projects, the company works within the Co. Antrim & Co. Down areas.

Involved in high-end residential new builds you will oversee the commercial division and play in a key role in the growth and development of the company.

About the Role:

• Work closely with the Senior Management team
• Oversee quantity surveyors
• Commercially manage Key Projects
• Working with relevant teams to get job done
• Discovering anomalies with regulation practices
• Provide guidance and support to Commercial team with variations/CVR etc
• Review, scrutinize and develop process flows
• Ensure all financial aspects and impact of contract are clear to all
• Risk assessments
• Managing daily operations
• Supporting multiple sites and completing development visits
• Take control and responsibility for all contractual, commercial and financial matters

About the Candidate:

• Experience working for a Residential or Main Contractor
• Minimum 10 years' QS experience
• Project value experience £15M +
• Previous work history of managing a team
• Ability to manage all contractual & financial management & reporting
• You will make a positive contribution to deliver value for money and efficiency saving
• Problem solver
• Exceptional commercial acumen
• Experience supporting multiple large sites to deliver
