Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Banbridge, Co. Down
Contract: 1 year FTC
Salary: 35-40k
VANRATH are delighted to be working with our client in the hire of a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their growing recruitment function.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns, building strong talent pipelines, and providing strategic support to hiring managers to meet business growth needs across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
* Source and build talent pipelines using multiple channels.
* Manage full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Handle international recruitment via the UKVI Skilled Worker Route.
* Maintain recruitment databases and produce KPI reports.
* Lead outreach initiatives with schools, universities, and apprenticeships.
* Support HR induction and process improvement projects.
Essential Criteria:
* 3+ years' recruitment experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering.
* Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
* Knowledge of "best practice" recruitment methods and online systems.
* 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above, including Maths and English).
Desirable:
* Degree qualification and experience with Pinpoint or LinkedIn Recruiter.
