VANRATH are partnering with our valued client that has sites all over Ireland and the UK in the search for a HR Officer to join their HR function.
You will work closely with Senior Management across a large, multi-site workforce. This role encompasses the full HR remit, with particular emphasis on handling employee relations cases which is a key part of the role.
You will be responsible for:
- Advising and supporting Managers in dealing with employee relations issues (investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working, attendance management, and health and well-being issues)
- Ensuring contracts and right to work checks are completed following Company policies and procedures
- Managing long term sickness cases across divisions
- Managing the full end to end recruitment process for various positions as required in order to attract the best talent
- Providing HR support to business unit management teams on HR policies and procedures
About you:
- CIPD Level 5 / HR Degree
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role
- Experience of providing professional HR advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters.
- Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.
