Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for an Office Administrator, for a reputable construction business in Newtownards. This is the ideal time to join this growing business, presenting a unique opportunity to become an integral part of the team.
The successful Office Administrator, will be responsible for ensuring that the office functions effectively day-to-day, meeting all client needs in a timely fashion, and maintaining a high level of organisation. As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client documents, monitoring course procedures, and upholding an accurate record of course invoices. In addition, the successful Office Administrator will be responsible for the diary management of senior staff, and occasionally travel to courses to oversee any administrative duties.
The right person for this role will be highly organised and have previous experience working in an administrative role. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to communicate effectively. This is the ideal position for someone who is flexible and thrives working in a varied role.
The package for this role offers a salary of £24000-25000 per annum, based on experience. This is a full-time, permanent position, and full benefits can be discussed upon discussion with Honeycomb.
