Our client is a well-established SaaS company specializing in simplifying time and attendance processes for businesses. Operating since 2018, they serve a diverse customer base across the UK, Ireland, America, and Asia. They are looking for a Frontend Developer (React) to join their small, dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with React, thrives in a flexible setup, and is eager to contribute to impactful projects.
The Opportunity
Join a tight-knit team where you’ll work directly with engineers and leadership to shape and enhance both web and mobile applications. This role offers full autonomy, a remote-first approach, and the chance to work with a modern tech stack.
- Core Technologies: TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Next.js
- Additional Tools: React Query, Valtio, RadixUI, MobX, React Native
Proficiency in all areas of the stack is not required; enthusiasm for learning and adaptability are what truly matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, design, and refine features for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain an internal UI Kit.
- Strengthen the frontend testing suite.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on code via pull requests.
- Advocate for best practices in frontend development.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, respectful team environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
- Desirable Skills: Familiarity with libraries like MobX, Zustand, or similar.
- Design Sensibilities: A keen eye for UI/UX design is a big plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new tools and frameworks quickly.
- Work Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK/Ireland.
