Project Manager - Belfast

Energy Project Manager is required to work with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Belfast City Centre.
The role is full time working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with an hourly rate of £18.01. Initially the position is on a temporary basis for 3 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance.
The main duties include:

• Analyse written research materials and data
• Assisting in developing costed programmes to complete insulation and energy system upgrades
• Assisting in writing business cases as may be required to facilitate various research, pilot and upgrade schemes
• Developing and maintaining ‘Lessons Learned; documents from the outcomes of the Post Project Evaluations
• Undertake analytical desk research and software assessments relating to energy status of NIHE homes
• Providing technical advice, information and guidance on construction related issues
• Carry out investigative physical surveys, home visits and interviews for research

What We Need From You

• Degree/equivalent in Architecture/Building Surveying or similar subject
• Minimum of 1 year experience in relevant field including postgraduate research
• Full UK driving licence is required
• Must demonstrate significant experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
  - Writing technical reports, including analysis with quantitative content
  - Project management, including control of performance, time and budgets
  - Regulatory requirements in relation to construction projects
  - Experience in data processing
  - Computer aided design and simulation
