You will need:

• · Experience in the industrial or healthcare sectors preferred
• · Eligible to work in Northern Ireland and the UK on a permanent basis and able to take up a full-time role.
• · Ideally 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist however Graduate Architectural Technologist will be considered.
• · Knowledge of Revit is desirable
• · AutoCAD is desirable
• · A basic knowledge of Building regulations, standards and construction detailing.
• · Good interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a team.
• · Be career focused with a desire to develop experience across a wide range of projects.
• · Permanent right to work required
• · Company cannot offer sponsorship
