My client is the market leading Fire Safety company in
Northern Ireland. Based in East Belfast with a staff of 30+, they provide
businesses with Fire Safety Products, Services and Training to keep them
Legally Compliant, Fully Insured and most importantly Safe from Fire.
They have experienced year on year growth over the past
decade and due to planned expansion, they now looking to recruit an experienced
Field Sales Representative.
Working with the Sales Team to convert new
enquiries/opportunities and upsell new complimentary services/products to
existing clients. Self-generation of your own leads and referrals will be
required, with the office support staff providing leads as they arise. You will
be expected to follow up on leads, proactively prospect and sell the overall
range of services to potential new customers.
You will promote and sell a comprehensive range of products
and services to a wide mix of customers including: - hotels, nursing homes,
pubs, restaurants, medical centres, schools, filling stations, industrial
units, HMO’s and offices. You will have the opportunity to promote and sell
Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Safety & First Aid Training, Fire Safety
Equipment, Safety Signage, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Suppression Systems, Fire
Alarms & Emergency Lighting, Passive Fire Protection etc. You can also
offer a bespoke Fire Risk Management software system with App and on-line
training facility which sets them apart from the competition.
My client is looking for a competent self-starter who has at
least 2 years’ experience of consultative sales with business end-users. You
will be a keen and enthusiastic individual that can fit into a fast-paced work environment,
and you will enjoy the buzz of the sale and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills are vital, as the business is
extremely advice/guidance based. A good eye for detail/safety is essential. A
desire to learn new skills and technologies would also be an advantage as our
systems are all software based. Experience of Fire Safety products and services
a distinct advantage, but not essential as comprehensive training will be
provided.
Starting salary of £23,920 per annum, plus 12.5% sales
commission (uncapped), plus an Annual Team Bonus also available. It is expected
that you could realistically earn £45,000 to £55,000 in the first year OTE. 40
hours per week Monday to Friday. Company car, phone and laptop will be
provided, along with pension, private medical cash plan. You must have a full
driving license.
