Hays are working with a public sector organisation to appoint a Recruitment Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is initially a 3-3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
- Support the HR team with end to end recruitment activities
- Working with line managers to keep them up to date on the status of recruitment processes
- Liaising with candidates to schedule interviews and provide offers and feedback
- Preparing recruitment related paper work and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working within an HR department
- Previous experience with recruitment and/or HR administration
- A sound understanding of recruitment best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with and HRIS (PAMS preferred but not essential)
What you'll get in return
- £14.50 per hour
- 3-month assignment with possibility of extending
- Free parking
- Full-time (37 hours per week)
