Are you ready to lead impactful projects and bring your expertise to a company that values your growth? Our client are specialists in commercial refurbishment and restoration. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Stock Delivery & Site Support Coordinator .

About the role:

• Location: Ballymoney (projects throughout NI)
• Salary: £Negotiable plus excellent benefits package
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

You will manage and support our client construction projects. This position involves ensuring timely delivery of materials to various construction sites, completing all relevant documentation, and supporting health and safety compliance. The role also includes overseeing general maintenance and ensuring that key testing and permits are organised. Key duties will include:

Stock Delivery & Site Logistics:

• Deliver construction materials and equipment to site
• Coordinate with suppliers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate and prompt deliveries
• Manage stock levels on-site

Documentation & Compliance:

• Complete all necessary paperwork related to deliveries
• Maintain accurate records for health and safety reports, site inspections, and safety equipment
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and permissions for work activities

Health and Safety:

• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
• Complete and submit required health and safety documentation, including risk assessments and safety audits

General Maintenance & Site Organisation:

• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment on-site
• Ensure the site is organised and kept clean

Criteria:

• Previous experience in a construction environment / logistics coordination
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and requirements in the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Driving licence
• Ability to lift and carry materials (up to a certain weight)
• Comfortable working in outdoor or construction environments
