Business Manager - Northern Ireland

CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Manager on a permanent full-time basis, servicing Northern Ireland. You’ll enjoy a salary of up to £45,000 per year along with bonus and the chance to work with a fantastic team.

The role:

With a full copy of the job specification available on request, you’ll:

• Effectively manage your territory in Northern Ireland, providing exceptional representation of the business, increasing profile and exposure of our client’s product portfolio.
• Identify and target end users on a consistent basis, while ensuring your technical knowledge is up to date, to provide timely, accurate and concise tech information, and becoming a truly trusted advisor and provider of our client’s products, while also maintaining a knowledge of your competitors and their products.
• Build long term relationships, making those relationships sustainable while meeting and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs.
• Create and maintain a relevant and up-to-date database using our client’s CRM system in an accurate manner.

The Person:

• 3 years minimum experience in a similar setting with proven experience in delivering against targets and KPIs.
• Experience in, and able to communicate effectively with, and understand, the language of designers, architects with a sound knowledge of commercial flooring.
• Ability to keep abreast of competitors and their products.
• Full driving licence and car to meet business requirements.
• Be comfortable in a face-to-face role, no remote/home working.
• Will avail of all training offered via e-learning.
