MCS Group are exclusively working with Axial 3D to appoint a brand new Finance Manager role to their growing finance function.

The Company:

Axial 3D are one Northern Ireland’s most exciting companies and specialise in medical technology. They deliver 3D printed anatomical models and 3D visualisations and services to over 300 hospitals, medical device manufacturers, and other healthcare companies around the world. After successfully helping them appoint their Financial Controller 18 months ago, we are excited to partner with them as they look to expand their finance function with a newly created Finance Manager role due to continued growth.

The Role:

As the successful Finance Manager, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversight for daily financial operations;
• Assist senior leadership team with strategic decision making;
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual management accounts;
• Preparation of reporting packs for board, shareholders & executives;
• Budgeting and forecasting cycles;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Finance Manager will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
• Open to industry or practice background;
• Strong managament accounts experience;
• Strong communication skills.
