Transport Office Administrator/Trainee Planner
M.Keys Transport are excited to accept applications for a newly created role within our transport team, based in Clogher, Co. Tyrone.
Essential skills/requirements
- A positive attitude with a desire to deliver best in class service
- Experienced in the use of IT systems, data analysis, especially using Microsoft packages.
- Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills.
- Strong teamwork skills but also with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work within a fast moving and pressurised environment.
- Good standard of secondary education
Job Duties
- Improve profitability by the effective use of transport management systems
- Arrange shipping bookings, utilising the most cost and time effective routes available on the Irish Sea.
- Completion of customs documentation and liaising third parties for cross channel movements.
- Take the lead on Livestock haulage administrative duties, including collation of all delivery dockets and APHA paperwork.
- Timesheet reconciliation.
- Assisting with maintaining of TASCC records and associated audits.
- Provide relief cover for existing load planners after suitable training
- General administrative duties as required
