Hays are exclusively representing an international professional services company to recruit a Marketing & Bid Coordinator in Belfast.
Your new role
As Marketing and Bid Coordinator, you will focus on the implementation of the BD strategy (bids and marketing) to support the growth of the Belfast practice. You will be responsible for:
•Working with the bid team to prepare, collate and manage submissions
•Support in developing graphics for pitches, submissions and other project/ office documentation as required
•Co-ordinate and develop brand templates and outputs.
•Oversee opportunity identification, qualification, bid invitation reviews, bid/no-bid analysis, and timeline establishment.
•Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
•Work with the practise leadership and marketing team to develop and implement the marketing strategy for Belfast and the wider Group to increase market presence.
•Evaluate new business opportunities through tender portals, market research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessment.
•In collaboration with the bid team monitor and analyse bid performance metrics, conducting post-bid analysis and debrief sessions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
•Continuously refine and improve bid processes, templates, and best practices.
What you'll need to succeed
•3+ years’ experience of coordinating bids for large and complex projects
•Experience writing content for social media, bids and email
•Familiarity with industry-specific bid requirements.
•Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Proficiency in the use of Adobe Acrobat Pro (compiling master PDF documents)
•Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (preparing graphics and curating documents)
•Ability to engage with new platforms (eTenders website) and become proficient in their use.
