Complaints and Insights Officer
37 hrs per
week – circa £31,814 - £35,893
About
the role:
As Corporate Complaints and Insight Officer, you will
maintain and build out robust frameworks for the management of complaints and
customer insights/feedback (including the monitoring of the associated
KPIs/PIs). You will share your expertise with colleagues across the
organisation by providing training, working collaboratively with others and
analysing and reporting on data.
About you:
The full criteria can be found in the
job description but if you have at least 2 years' experience in dealing with
a high volume of complex complaints, analysing and reporting on data, report
writing, presenting and delivering training you should consider applying. You
should also have experience of working collaboratively with others and have a
focus on delivering effective outcomes. You should have strong analytical
skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with others.
