in seeking an ICT Network Manager.
JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for the support, delivery and
management of the Organisations’ Network systems and services. You will be
responsible for the design, capacity, availability, security and continuity of
their Network Systems and Services. You will use your expertise to provide
advice on the design and implementation of Network aspects of ICT Solutions.
Essential Criteria
·
University degree or a recognised equivalent
professional qualification in an Information Communication and Technology (ICT)
discipline AND be a Cisco Certified
Network Associate (CCNA) Enterprise AND must have at least three years
practical experience of LAN / WAN / VPN / Intranet / Internet and Firewall
design, configuration, implementation and support.
OR HND or recognised equivalent professional qualification
in an Information Communication and Technology (ICT) discipline AND be a Cisco Certified Network
Associate (CCNA) Enterprise AND must have at least four years practical
experience of LAN / WAN / VPN / Intranet / Internet and Firewall design,
configuration, implementation and support.
OR Be a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Enterprise AND must have at least five years
practical experience of LAN / WAN / VPN / Intranet / Internet and Firewall
design, configuration, implementation and support.

Have at least 3 years’ experience managing teams
of people, demonstrating leadership and organisational skills.

Knowledge
of Desktop application software.
·
Ability
of working with staff at all levels in the Trust and other organisations.
·
Hold a
current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access
to a car on appointment.

This criteria will be waived in the case of
applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of
transport approved by the Trust which will permit them to carry out the duties
of the post.
