Reporting to the Practice Manager my Client based BT12 area of Belfast require a Full-time Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis
Duties:
- Meet & greet all patients to the front desk
- Answer all telephone calls
- Answer repeat prescription line
- Passing on results to patients
- General Administration (filing; post; scanning etc.)
- Although during the working day any of these areas may interchange according to the needs of the practice and patients and other duties may be added as required
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role (to include telephone & face to face contact)
- 4 GCSE’s @ grade A – C inc English & Maths or equivalent
- Fully computer literate
- Evidence of working in a team & on own initiative
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Flexibility to cover sickness & holiday
- Available asap
- Experience in a medical environment (GP surgery) advantageous although training will be given
36.5 hours pw – Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8.30am – 5pm & Wed 8.30 – 1pm
Salary £11.44 per hour
