- THE ROLE -
The post holder will lead on business development to drive customer retention and growth opportunities. The post holder will also assist the Theatre Manager in the smooth operational running of the venue and lead delivery of a range of projects and services that improve efficiency and service delivery.
- ABOUT YOU -
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in a Business, Marketing, or related subject. OR A-level qualifications or equivalent and demonstrable work-related experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working in an operations/business development role.
- Experience in developing, writing, and delivering external communication programmes.
- Experience in developing high-quality written content for different communication channels including websites, emails, social media, presentations, etc.
- Experience of developing and implementing partnership and development activities.
- Experience of project management approaches including project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Experience of working on successful business development initiatives.
- Experience of managing/supervising in a work-related environment.
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the needs of the post.
