We have an immediate start date available for a part time administrator for an NHS client based in the Belfast area. Candidates must have minute taking experience. This is a temporary ongoing post.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months relevant experience within an administration or clerical capacity
  • Experience of minute taking is essential for this role
  • Experience in a role within a Health and Social Care Trust would be advantageous
  • Min 3 GCSE’s including Maths and English
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly motivated

Responsibilities:

  • The post holder will be required to provide a range of secretarial, administration and clerical duties
  • The person will work closely with all members of the team to enhance service delivery.
  • Administrative & clerical support duties within a fast paced office
  • Typing and circulation of correspondence, to include letters, reports, forms, invitations, minutes, untoward incidents.
  • Diary management, make appointments, book venues/facilities for team members to include using Outlook Diary.
  • Note taking at meetings.
  • Filing of all letters, memos, and reports etc. on a daily basis.
  • To be responsible for the recording and maintenance of all invoices.
  • To be responsible for the full administration and accounting of petty cash and the administration and recording of financial documentation.
  • Scanning and Photocopying as required.
  • To deal with internal and external mail in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide cover for other administrative staff to cope with workload variation and provide cover for annual sickness leave.
