We are currently recruiting for a Staff Officer based in Belfast
Start date: ASAP
Location: Belfast - Goodwood House
Duration: 3-6 months with possible extension
Hours of work: 9 to 5; Monday to Friday. At present, two days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday) is required.
Rate of pay: £17.94 per hour
Main Duties:
This Business Consultant role will be within the Integr8 HR Project Team and the main duties are as follows:
• Support the development of full end to end business processes covering all aspects of a Target Operating Model, including preparation of business process maps and associated documents for the future HR system for the various HR workstreams.
• Support the management of working groups to capture input from key service users, taking notes, issuing agendas, developing and verifying business processes and adjusting process maps and processes based on findings.
• Translating process designs from excel onto process mapping software.
• Identifying key crossovers between work streams or gaps in processes and raising these with the appropriate workstream leads.
• Completion of other relevant project documentation, undertaking engagement with others, and collaborating with the wider team as required to complete preparation for the design phase.
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships and working with HR project team, the wider programme teamand with internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Experience in Process Mapping for public sector projects.
2. Experience at 3 above in an HR environment / HR functional area(s)
Essential Criteria:
- A Degree and 12 months experience
1. IT Literacy and communication skills.
2. Experience using Process Mapping software, preferably Blueworks.
3. A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a team, communicating with staff and prioritising goals.
