We are currently seeking a pay administrator to join a large Public Sector body.
Main Duties
The Procurement-to-Pay Administrator will support and assist the P2P Accounts Manager and Procurement Manager to deliver a competent, effective and timely P2P function in compliance with internal policies, legislation and better payments practice code. The post-holder will also be responsible for updating and maintenance of the procurement ledger to support seamless purchasing within the Organisation.
The post-holder will contribute, as an integral member of the Finance team, to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive Financial Services function that demonstrates our Organisational values.
Experience
Possess 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
including English Language and Mathematics.
(Scale 6 - £15.48) based at Headquarters, Lisburn. Approx 6 Months 36.25hrs per week with possible extension
