Cloud Engineer

MCS is thrilled to be recruiting a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for an innovative global software company in the tech-for-good sector, located in Northern Ireland.

Our client is a fast-growing, local product company with a strong presence across both the US and Europe. They focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions to a range of organisations. As a pioneer in assistive technology, their reach now extends to over 50 million users globally.

To support their continued growth, they are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimise their cloud infrastructure operations, including automating deployment and management tasks.

About You

• You ideally have experience in a cloud engineering or development role, with a focus on cloud platform technologies.
• Strong expertise with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure), particularly in cloud formation and deployment automation.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Python or similar.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams and manage scalable cloud infrastructures effectively.
