Recycling Equipment, Installations Supervisor

Bela Recruitment is hiring a Site Installation Supervisor, in Tyrone Northern Ireland.
Regular travel across UK, Ireland & EU for work

Salary - £40,000 - £60,000+
Location – Tyrone Northern Ireland
VISA – Not interested in anyone needing sponsorship or limited visa status.

This Mid-Ulster business design and manufacture their own range of advanced recycling equipment.
This business is a secure & growing company, keen to strengthen their team with another experienced Site Installations Supervisor thanks to a large future order book and demand for their products.

Responsibilities
• Lead a small team of 3-4 Installation Engineers, to install large recycling plants, mainly in the UK but can also other countries if required.
• When not managing a new plant installation, you will be servicing existing static & mobile equipment, including breakdowns.
• Manage staff on site, complete installations to high quality standard and customer satisfaction.
• Operate machinery, such as telehandler.
• Communicate with manager in the HQ office about site progress or issues.
• Be the point of contact on site for customers, identify & resolve all snags.
• Ensure all staff follow site H&S requirements.

Requirements
• Must have previous Mechanical Installations & Servicing experience, ideally from Recycling, Crushing, Screening, Quarry, Concrete or Large Capital Equipment setting.
• Strong Mechanical installations knowledge, any electrical knowledge is a bonus.
• Good planning, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
• Able to travel for work and stay overnight when completing installs.
• Ideally 3+ years installing or servicing heavy equipment such as Recycling, Crushing, Screening, Concrete or other large capital equipment.

Package
£40,000 - £60,000+ (open to options around pay & allowances) up to £25 per hr & paid while travelling.
