Inside Sales Executive

Bela Recruitment is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to work across in Maghera, Co.Londonderry / Derry, Northern Ireland.

Salary £23,000 - £30,000 + Bonus Scheme + Training & Development + Annual Pay Rises + Health Insurance + Increased Annual Leave + Job Security

Responsibilities
· Provide technical support to new and existing customers who have called, emailed or made an enquiry via the website to purchase products.
· Ability to describe the “best fit” product and take accurate measurements for quoting.
· Ability to maintain strong product knowledge and ensure customers feel supported.
· Generate customer quotations & input accurate new orders onto the system.
· Follow up with customers and close sales.
· Effectively communicate between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Admin, Production, Technical or Design.
· Work in a fast-paced environment and support the wider sales team with B2B & B2C customers enquiries.

Requirements
· Ideally 1+ years inside sales or field sales experience.
· Min GCSEs in English & Maths, but ideally educated to A-Level standard.
· Willing and able to learn a product range, including material specifications & function to best match customer needs – training will be provided.
· Ability to visualise & interpret customer drawings.
· Must have excellent communication, teamwork, presentation & IT skills.
· Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Packages and willing to learn in-house software.
