We are recruiting a Messenger on behalf of the Belfast City Council to work in their Legal Services Department based in Adelaide Street, Belfast.
The position is initially for one month temporary sick cover with the possibility of an extension. The role will be full-time working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with an hourly rate of £12.38.
The main duties will include collecting letters and documents for processing from various offices and deliver to relevant legal services officer, signing for delivered mail, makeup mail for posting, entering in the legal post databases, assisting Legal Assistants with completing files, and assembling bind documents and briefs.
What We Need From You:
- 1 year relevant work experience
- Experience carrying out a messenger service including the collection and delivery of mail while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Must be computer literate, having experience using Microsoft office software
