The Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR) is an independent organisation that has been established to recover information about Troubles/Conflict-related deaths and serious injuries to families, victims, and survivors and to promote reconciliation.

We are recruiting a Resourcing Officer to be part of the new established Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR).
Reporting to the Resourcing Delivery Manager, you will help us successfully deliver both partial and end-to-end resourcing campaigns to grow the team, including volume resourcing campaigns, rolling campaigns and ad-hoc projects to support business needs. You will contribute to project planning, co-ordination and evaluation to continuously improve our HR service, helping deliver effective resourcing solutions for our new and fast-developing organisation. You’ll be helping grow the HR function for a high-profile organisation carrying out unique and vital work, helping us develop and deliver a high-quality HR service for a wide range of specialists. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to develop their career and gain a wide experience of recruitment practices. Our offices are in Belfast and London, with travel and hybrid working arrangements available
