Sales Support/Admin
My client is a dynamic and innovative company, who specialise in building long term trade only partnerships with organisations throughout the UK and Ireland. Based in Newtownabbey, they are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
With a salary of £28,000 - £36,000
Job Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of working as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as CRM Software.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely entry into the system.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Support marketing activities and campaigns as required.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office management.
