On behalf of our client, an Advertising organisation, we
have a new opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting time for this company and the role is
due to continued success in the business. Reporting to the Sales Director and
covering existing clients and new clients in Northern Ireland, the organisation
supports public and private sector clients.
Responsibilities include:
1.
Managing existing client accounts through relationship
management, understating client requirements and updating with new, relevant
inventory.
2.
Grow client base of existing and new client
accounts.
3.
Ensure current and upcoming market trends and
conditions are updated.
4.
Work closely with the Campaigns team to meet
clients’ requirements from booking to completion.
5.
Answer client queries, ensure artwork deadlines
are met, deliver client artwork to the campaigns team and follow-up on
completed campaigns.
6.
Attend business networking events and industry
expositions to promote business.
7.
Manage your sales pipeline through the customer
relationship management platform.
You will need:

To be positive and pro-active with strong organisational
skills.
·
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, managing
and growing client relationships.
·
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
·
Experience in the advertising industry is
desirable but not essential.
·
Your own transport is needed to carry out business
needs. The company will compensate the post holder at 0.45p per mile.
Overtime is available, and the hours can be flexible, but
the pattern will be as per – 8:00 – 5:00pm Monday – Thursday and then Friday
8:00am – 4:00pm.
