Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults efficiently.
- Execute and optimise preventive maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical support to various departments.
- Maintain the infrastructure to the highest standard.
- Drive continuous improvement in machine reliability and quality.
- Utilise on-site CMMS systems to enhance cost efficiency.
- Adhere to food safety, quality, legal, and environmental regulations.
What You’ll Need
- Time-served Electrical & Mechanical Engineer qualification.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in an industrial or high-volume production setting.
- Fault-finding expertise, especially with control panels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A motivated, proactive approach to handling challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, alternating early and late shifts. - NO NIGHTS
