Salary: £15 - £18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire and security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access control.
• Conduct fault-finding and repair work to ensure system reliability.
• Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring systems meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols on-site.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and liaise with clients to explain system functions.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the fire and security sector.
• Proficient in the installation and maintenance of fire alarms, security systems, and CCTV.
• Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Electrical or Electronic Engineering).
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
