MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join our market-leading manufacturing client in County Antrim.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a well-established, highly successful manufacturing business bringing best-in-class solutions and products to the market.
This business has been rapidly expanding their IT Team and this addition to the team will support the release of a brand new service desk for the wider business.
The role:
- Provide comprehensive technical support, covering software, hardware, and general ICT infrastructure.
- Efficiently manage client interactions within our Software System, fostering strong partnerships with personnel to maximise system efficiency.
- Additionally, ensure the smooth functioning of the VOIP system, facilitating seamless communication both within the business locations.
- Take the lead in championing the strategic development of their platform products, actively assisting various departments in optimising their processes.
- This involves creating forms, tasks, and reports to drive continuous improvements throughout the organisation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 platform and applications.
- Proficiency and experience support AD.
