You will be responsible for providing safe, cost effective
delivery of high-quality customer service for bus public transport in your
designated area, under the direction of your Service Delivery Manager
(SDM). This will require you to assess,
monitor and manage bus transport services, which will include staff
recruitment, training and development; fleet and facilities presentation as
well as materials cost control and utilisation to meet the needs of the
business. You will also assist the SDM
to plan, organise and deliver business change to transport services in your
area, with safety, customer service and commerciality as key drivers.
