Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digital transformation to meet strategic objectives.
- Manage ICT systems and services, including user support across multiple sites.
- Analyse, design, and implement ICT systems using PRINCE2 methodology.
- Ensure seamless network, application, and infrastructure management.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and manage vendor contracts.
- Lead and develop ICT support teams to deliver excellent service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- Degree in IT (or equivalent) with 3+ years of ICT Project Management experience; OR
- Relevant degree with 5+ years of ICT Project Management experience; OR
- Proven expertise in systems analysis, application implementation, network administration, and leadership.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Server environments, network management, and multi-site ICT support.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
