Executive Officer - Coleraine

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Coleraine as a full-time Executive Officer. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.

Our client is Northern Ireland’s Leading Public Sector Employer.

Executive Officer Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Start Date: 1st December

EO2 hours of work:

• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

About the EO2 role:

Benefit Decision Maker for Benefit Security Division. Examining complex documentation, in relation to benefit fraud investigations, using legislation, guidance and evidence to determine if a benefit claim has been paid correctly. The Decision Maker will be required to submit a witness statement, based on their decision, for potential attendance at Court.

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
• Ability to work accurately within set deadlines and to achieve targets
• Basic IT skills / computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems
• Organised with good time management skill
